1. We felt undervalued and unsupported with the previous agency. We believe that was possibly due to lack of experience with organisation, staff and the team.

2. They displayed an unprofessional approach to staff and the team at the previous agency.

3. There was an absense of open and transparent working with the former agency. We ack of confidence, We were left feeling unmotivated and deskilled. And we even contemplated ending our fostering journey.

4. We did not feel valued as foster carers, nor supported. And there was a lack of training on offer.
